Fancy 5 months of skiing or snowboarding in Switzerland? Then we have a Sous Chef and Waitress/Housekeeping positions available for the Winter Season 2014/2015.

What’s the deal? Working six days out of 7, Ski pass, Food, Drink, Accommodation, Health Insurance, Travel expenses, monthly salary, bonus at end of Season
Profile? Motivated, Creative, Independent and previous experience in Hotels and Restaurants is a must.

Sous Chef: Dual responsibility with the Head Chef, Day to day MEP for core menu, maintaining standards incl Health & Safety and assisting with daily menu development.

The roles would suit a couple, but is not crucial. The season starts on Saturday 6 December and they would be required to start on Saturday 29 or Sunday 30 November 2014 finishing on or around 19 April 2015.
